  • Broken Bow In 2151, an unknown type of alien, a Klingon, crash-lands in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, trying to escape from other unknown aliens called the Suliban. After being shot by a scared farmer, the Klingon is taken to Starfleet for examination and assistance, where it is decided that he should be taken to his homeworld by Earth's first starship and crew. With the mission barely begun, the Klingon is kidnapped, forcing the crew to find him and make first contact with the Suliban race.

  • Fight Or Flight The Enterprise crew discovers a derelict alien ship whose crew has been killed and drained of their bodily fluids. Soon they also discover that communication is everything in "first contact" with the Axanar.

  • Strange New World Believing an unexplored world to be unthreatening, an away team is exposed to a toxic pollen that causes paranoia, but the transporter is certainly no solution to rescuing them all.

  • Unexpected Aliens attempt to use the Enterprise exhaust to recharge their ship's engines. Trip Tucker helps them and gets more from the "first contact" than he bargains for in return, leaving the crew with the challenge of re-encountering Klingons.

  • Terra Nova The crew investigates Terra Nova, a legendary Earth colony whose inhabitants mysteriously disappeared decades ago.

  • The Andorian Incident The crew visits an ancient Vulcan spiritual sanctuary, only to find it occupied by a paranoid race of aliens.

  • Breaking The Ice T'pol must deal with the fact that she is betrothed,but her starship assignment interferes with the impending marriage.

  • Civilization The Enterprise crew discover a planet with technologocal level comparable to that of late 19th century Earth. An away team goes to the planet to study the culture,with there appearance altered to resemble the alien population only to be drawn into a deadly mystery that has already cost the lives of several locals.

  • Fortunate Sun The enterprise finds itself in a confrontation with an Earth cargo ship, when it's injured captain Keene is replaced by first officer Ryan Cross, who does not trust Archer and the crew.

  • Cold Front When the Enterprise comes in contact with an alien vessel transporting stargazers to observe a spectacular stellar event, Archer invites them aboard the ship not realizing that Silik, a Suliban enemy, is among them. Archer quickly realizes that Silik is engaged in a nefarious time-travelling mission and must stop him before he can tamper with the course of history.

  • Silent Enemy The Enterprise returns to Jupiter to defend itself against an unknown alien vessel that is following them and does not respond to hails.

  • Dear Doctor The Enterprise crew runs across a shuttle that only has pre-warp capabilities. The ship was sent by its people to get help in fighting an epidemic, but T'Pol is against helping because it will violate a pre-warp culture.

  • Sleeping Dogs Enterprise encounters a Klingon Raptor-class scout ship drifting through the outer layers of a gas giant. Archer decides to board the ship. They discover that all the Klingons aboard are unconscious and infected by a virus. Archer tries to help the Klingons, but is hindered by the only Klingon aboard who avoided being infected by the virus.

  • Shadows Of P'Jem Archer is taken hostage on a planet in a state of civil war. The Andorian Shran returns to repay his debt to Archer by helping Trip and Reed rescue him.

  • Shuttlepod One Tucker and Reed set out on a mission in a shuttlepod, as Enterprise is busy investigating an asteroid field. Disaster strikes while the pair are away, leaving the shuttlepod damaged and the warp drive inoperable. They manage to make it back to the rendezvous coordinates only to discover Enterprise was apparently destroyed when it crashed into an asteroid. With the ship seemingly no more, the pair are left abandoned in the middle of nowhere with only a few days of air remaining.

  • Fusion The Enterprise encounters Vulcan civilians who do no follow the Vulcan way of life in order to experience emotions. The Captain has to convince one of the Vulcans to call home and talk to his dying father.

  • Rogue Planet Archer, T'Pol, Trip and Reed arrive at an alien planet and encounter a people known as the Eska, an alien race which hunting animals is an important part of their society.

  • Acquisition The Enterprise comes across Ferengi pirates who are able knock out the entire crew and go aboard the Enterprise to find treasure. Tucker was in a sealed chamber and was not knocked out by the gas, so is able to fight the pirates for control of the ship.

  • Oasis The crew encounters apparitions while exploring a ship that crashed on a desolate planet.

  • Detained Archer and Mayweather are detained by the Tandarans in a Suliban internment camp. Learning of the Suliban's persecution by the Tandarans, Archer enlists the aid of Enterprise and his crew to look past their own prejudices and free the wrongfully imprisoned Suliban.

  • Vox Sola When a strange, symbiotic alien creature boards Enterprise and captures several crew members, it's up to Hoshi to decipher the creature's complex language.

  • Fallen Hero Archer is ordered to transport the Vulcan Ambassador V'Lar, an early role model of T'Pol's, from the planet of Mazar to rendezvous with a Vulcan ship. En route, Enterprise comes under attack from the Mazarites, and V'Lar's integrity comes under scrutiny by T'Pol.

  • Desert Crossing When Archer and Trip are invited to a desert-like planet by an alien leader, they discover he is a terrorist who has lured them there under false pretenses.

  • Two Days And Two Nights Shore leave takes an interesting twist for the lucky few who are able to take some time off on Risa, the famous pleasure planet. Archer, Trip and Reed all have mysterious encounters with females who may not be all they appear. Meanwhile, Hoshi struggles with a new language.

  • Shockwave After apparently causing the obliteration of an alien colony, Enterprise is ordered to return to Earth, until a surprise visitor offers Archer startling evidence about what really happened.
